The façade

Baroque façade with an original elevation, adorned with 3 overlapping orders and finished by an elongated gable. Decorative program consisting of a house emblem, two caryatids on the balcony and the year of construction.

History and restorations

Reconstruction in 1704 on the preserved cellars. Restorations in 1890 and 1986; most recent intervention in 2000 with complete reconstruction of the rear façade, following its collapse.

Did you know

The archives mention that the cellars were inhabited between the bombardment of 1695 and the reconstruction of the house 9 years later. The façade won the architectural competition launched during the reconstruction of the square after 1695.
